Pattern Awareness is an eight-week guided exploration to help you step out of that loop.
By looking closely at your desires, and noticing the thoughts and feelings that show up around them, you’ll learn to relate to your pattern in a new way — so real change can finally happen.
What’s Inside the Program

We boldly name and claim what we desire for ourselves without apologizing or filtering. We embrace and welcome our desires as divine guidance—lights on a path. We choose one to focus on with the intent of learning more about ourselves by first allowing ourselves to desire it.

We start with mining our past for proof of our capacity for achieving victories and receiving gifts. We look for your personal blueprint—strategies, supports, and approaches that have worked for you.

We visit our desire—and the naturally occurring resistance—through the power of emotion. We identify recurring themes, beliefs, and dynamics that are specific to you as we encourage the pattern to reveal itself.

We encounter our deeper inner selves more directly by engaging with parts of ourselves that long to be acknowledged. We consider the Law of Three as a vital force in transformation and practice holding desire and resistance together in real time.

We identify the remnants of our conditioning and separate old mental frameworks from emerging truths. We practice contrasting primitive brain thoughts with prefrontal clarity.

We explore the roles of anxiety, self-soothing, and regulation in pattern disruption and the practices that support expansion of our windows of tolerance. We connect with compassion to our evolving identity through Past-Present-Future Self conversations from a spiritual lens.

We define how we now measure success and growth. We prepare to encounter deeper layers of fear, anger, and grief and view them as thresholds to new clarity and capacity. We seek spiritual connectedness to surrender to the transformation process.

How it Works

Step 1: Sign Up
Tuition is $1200, but this first round is offered at $600 for a limited group of 10 participants in exchange for honest feedback.

Step 2: Welcome
Receive your welcome email, guidelines, and access details.

Step 3: Show Up
Gather every Wednesday from 10:00–11:00 a.m. CT on Zoom starting January 7.

Step 4: Be Guided
Each session includes guided inquiry and written reflection. There is no homework or additional content between meetings.

Stay curious, notice patterns in real time, and meet them with new awareness.

Carry what you learn into your daily life with subtle shifts in awareness, presence, and pattern recognition.

What is included in the program?
You’ll receive eight weeks of live sessions that include guided inquiry and written reflection. We meet on Wednesdays from January 7 – February 25, 2026, from 10:00–11:00 a.m. CT on Zoom.
Is there homework between sessions?
No. There is no written homework or extra content to complete between sessions.
Will sessions be recorded?
Yes. All sessions are recorded and available to enrolled participants for the eight-week term only.
What are the community agreements?
All Divine Lines gatherings follow shared agreements of respect, confidentiality, and non-performance. Full guidelines are provided once you enroll.
