Self-aware and standing at the threshold of meaningful action.

Awareness is the essential starting place, but insight alone does not reliably produce change. A different relationship with the unconscious is the next step.

*Specializing in the "withdrawing stance” of Enneagram Types 4, 5, and 9

I’m Sherry Danner.

Former trauma therapist. Depth psychology and Jungian studies PhD student.

As an Enneagram Type 5, my lifelong special talent has been detaching and withdrawing.

It’s the best and the worst thing about people who are wired like me.

I have found that studying the Enneagram, Jungian-based methodologies, and using reflective writing strategically to be highly effective in moving me from the default, self-protective mode of my personality into the chosen actions that move me toward my soul’s desires.

I now bring Jungian-based concepts (individuation, dreamwork, active imagination) to Enneagram “withdrawing types” 4, 5, and 9 as we focus on bridging in bridging the gap between the inner and outer life.
